Terakki Foundation Schools strive to create an environment where staff members feel valued, mutual respect and confidence are a priority, and which helps them use their potential in the most efficient way in line with their goals.
The Human Resources unit hires teachers and administrators who have high levels of knowledge, self-confidence, motivation, and team spirit and who are open to change for Terakki. Terakki supports professional and personal development of teachers and administrators and encourages them to participate in in-service trainings, conferences, symposia, workshops, and similar activities, and to continue graduate studies.
