International Debate Festival Success For Terakki Students

Three students from the Terakki Levent Campus Debate Society took part in the QLS Online Debate Festival organised by accredited Eaquals members on Saturday, March 15th. The students competed at the C1/C2 CEFR Level.
Our students Egem İzcimen (10F), Elif Naz Akbolat (10B), and Melissa Mutlu (10F) won their debate against a team from Bulgaria on the topic of a”Ban on Genetically Modified Foods”.
Melissa Mutlu (10F) also won the silver medal for being the second “Best Counterargument” speaker among all C1/C2 level participants.
